Nothing is taken with an enquiry. First we agree on your vehicle brief, your total budget and how the hunt will work.
Before the active search begins, a 10% commitment deposit is required under a signed sourcing agreement. It allows Hound to allocate the time, licences, inspections and professional network needed to chase your vehicle properly.
Once you approve a vehicle and Hound commits to buying it, the deposit forms part of the purchase and is not refundable if you simply change your mind—except where the signed agreement or Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
